Hazel's Vineyard- Templeton

Hazel's Vineyard is located in the Paso Robles AVA within the proposed El Pomar subappellation, northeast of the town of Templeton, very near the intersection of Neal Spring Road and Creston Road. The majority of the 31 acre vineyard was planted in 1998 by Steve Boland. It was renamed in 2005 after it was purchased by the Talley Family.

90 acres located in Templeton with 31+/- acres planted in Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Petite Verdot. 

The spacing of the Hazel's Vineyard is predominantly 6x10. Historically, a vertical shoot position system and sustainable vineyard practices have been employed with minimal chemical inputs. Production has been limited to enhance wine quality.

The onsite manufactured home gives potential for an onsite manager or a place to live while you build your dream home. Much of the remaining land is plantable and the property is in the Williamson Act for low taxes!
